ANNUAL PUNCH-UP: 2021 RANKINGS RECAP
Weaving through every entry into the Secret Wars on Infinite Earths is the constant thread of the Fight Club Rankings! Nestled at the bottom of every new battle -- live updates tie everything together, but only here can we see the true consequence of another year of wins & losses!We ranked our 1,000th character during Season 2021, and with so many villains dwelling in the lower ranks, it was no surprise that a taste of success propelled the likes of Bloodsport and Razor Fist to the absolute peaks of improvement.
Bloodsport jumped half the list, up 525 rankings from last year, while Sentinel A7 joined Razor Fist in the 400 club at the expense of the criminally underrated Falcon. Multimedia inspirations helped Vision, Darkseid, Shang-Chi, and Sersi make great gains, while our commitment to comics buoyed Lashina, Count Vertigo, Blob, Mirage, and Apocalypse! No such luck for Loki and Mandarin!
Although a Marvel heavy year of competition: Wonder Woman made an exciting entry into the Top 10, and Superman advanced closer to the top of the rankings at #4. In the hotly contested race for the Top 20 it was ultimately Thor who arrived as keeper of this thriving tier!
